We would like to introduce one of our show jumpers: Waldemar S. Waldemar is a Dutch bred gelding by Lanciano x Symfonie. He is nine years old and has many talents.
In his youth he was educated as a show jumper but at the age of five Waldemar was reserve for the Belgian team that went to Verden (Germany) for the world championship for young dressage horses. He came third in the Belgian championships for young horses as a five year old and fifth as a six year old. Waldemar was competed at small tour level in dressage at the age of seven.
At Dressage Stable Pais show jumper Jens Nijs tried Waldemar and he jumped extraordinary. So since about half a year Waldemar is competed at CSI’s. Jens shows the bay horse at M level and was successful at the international show in Lummen (Belgium) where the duo was clear at 1.30m level.
Jens about Waldemar: ‘This horse is an amazing powerful jumper. It’s a pleasure to ride him every day again. He has a super character. I wish every horse had the same work willingness as Waldemar!’
