Last weekend Ann de Feyter has competed her big 15 year old chestnut Palikari (Flemmingh x Wellington) at small tour level. She was one of the 31 participants in the Prix St. Georges during CDN Zandhoven (Belgium). Ann trains with Serge and last Saturday they had their last training before this show. Ann and Palikari did a super job and got 68,026% and came second!
One of the three judges gave her his winning score but in the average ranking Ann was the runner up behind Kara Bosman who scored 69,7%.
Ann: 'After years of training and perseverance we got a super score and a new personal best. Palikari did his utmost best!'
